Screen Printing and Embroidery
- Preferred art formats include Adobe Illustrator (ai or eps) vector files.
- PDF files may work for some designs..
- All fonts must be converted to outline.
- PMS numbers are required and matched at no charge.
- Most all art files are acceptable for embroidery
- We accept digitized (dst and emb files)
- Typesetting service is available for a minimal charge.
- Please try to keep art files at or below 5 megabytes.
- We do accept zip files.
- Files can be uploaded via DropBox

Heat Sublimation
• Preferred art formats include Adobe Illustrator (ai or eps) files.
• Photo Art – 300 DPI at ¼ of the product size
• Photo art combined with spot colors requires a layered file.
• The spot elements should be in a separate layer from the photo.
• Full bleeds, the artwork should be 1.5″ wider on all sides item.
• Please try to keep art files at or below 5 megabytes.
• We do accept zip files.

Art Charges
We will perform simple changes at no charge. Any additional time incurred to improve, create, or convert art will be charged with a one hour minimum rate. An estimate will be emailed in advance and must be approved before work will begin.
